These terms & conditions shall form the agreement between you (“Customer”) and Macro Lynx Sdn Bhd (“GIS”) providing the Wireless Hotspot Internet Service (“Service”). By using the ZapZone Wireless Hotspot’s Services, you agree to and must comply with all the terms & conditions of this agreement. 1. Customer is agree to pay before GIS generate the PIN number for activation for account. 2. All account activation is during office hour from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday upon clearance of payment. 3. The activation code can be used only once. GIS will not be liable to replace or compensate you, for your lost, stolen and damage. 4. This activation code is only valid for the specific period only. 5. GIS is not responsible for any interrupted or unavailable internet access due to international gateway failure. You will not be reimbursed of any amount spend by you in relation to this. 6. GIS reserves the rights to change the ZapZone Internet services credits without any prior notice. 7. Customer may terminate his/her account at any time for any reason. No refunds will be made. 8. This Service only can be use at GIS selected location only.
